What are the educational portals of the institute?

Golestan Portal at golestan.iju.ir for all educational purposes, and E-Learning Center at lms.iju.ir for holding electronic classes are available.

How and when to select courses?

For new-comer students the course selection is proceeded by their department. From second term on, it will be proceeded by the student according to the educational calendar via Golestan Portal. Course selection guide is available in the Student Panel of Golestan Portal.

How to access the curriculum of each department?

Since all student affairs after registration should be proceeded through their department, students should refer to the formal page of their departments by selecting the related college and department on this website via “Campuses and Departments” and choosing the department or the group of their choice. All required information about department introduction, necessary documents and the contacts of related deans, faculty and experts are available on the department page.

Graduates

When to apply for graduation?

After announcing and locking all the grades by professors, students should apply for the graduation procedure through the department expert. After completing the preparatory requirements by experts, the student refers to each and every department for check-out, and then they complete the graduation process.

When is graduation temporary certificate issued?

Graduation temporary certificate is issued at least three months after registering the graduation status.

When is the certificate, the permanent graduation degree, issued?

In order to issue the degree, the student needs to apply through the department and the department starts the procedure. The certificate or the permanent educational degree will be issued at least three months after registering the application.
